-Laksmi Revilla

From her beginnings in Boyle Heights as a first-generation Mexican American, to balancing motherhood at a young age while chasing professional opportunities, Laksmi has consistently rewritten the narrative of what’s possible. Her story is one of persistence and purpose—building a business not simply for survival, but as a reflection of identity, creativity, and legacy.

Before stepping into the cannabis space, Laksmi’s path took her through a variety of roles, from Starbucks barista to bank teller. But it was when she entered the cannabis industry that she found both her calling and her community. What began as trimming shifts in a West Hollywood collective evolved into a career defined by empowerment and entrepreneurship. With Dolce Packs, she has created more than a brand—it’s a cultural statement, rooted in authenticity and shaped by her values of abundance, healing, hustle, and wisdom.

Her journey hasn’t come without obstacles. As a Latina entrepreneur, she faced limited access to capital, cultural bias, and the complexities of balancing single motherhood with the demands of business ownership. Yet her story proves that determination and clarity of vision can turn challenges into stepping stones. Today, Dolce Packs stands as both a thriving business and a blueprint for Latina leadership in cannabis.

“The most rewarding part has been watching my vision grow into a brand that inspires others. Seeing clients and collaborators connect with the culture I'm building. Knowing I'm creating generational opportunities for my family.”
